A 27 year old man has pleaded not guilty to two charges of raping a woman and was granted bail - on condition he does not try to contact her or go to Redmarley.
Kosmas Kouzaris, of no fixed address, was told at Gloucester crown court, on Thursday, February 2, that his trial will take place on a date to be fixed in the autumn of this year.
He had denied raping the woman between January 1, 2013 and June 30, 2013 and again between March 1, 2015 and May 1, 2015.
Bailing him, Recorder Don Tait said "Your trial date will be sometime in the autumn.
"You are not to enter Redmarley and you are not to contact the alleged victim. Keep in touch with your lawyers."
