THIS year's Ledbury Santa stroll is being hailed as a great fund-raising event by organisers.
The stroll is by now an established festive tradition for the market town, and this sea of Santa red was very much in evidence again this year.
Hordes of Santas in festive scarlet were seen at locations including the Recreation Ground and the town centre itself, on Saturday December 17.
The mustering point was the start of the Town Trail, otherwise known as the Line Bank, by Ledbury Railway Station, at 11am, and scores of Santas were ready for the off.
Collections were made along the way.
Event spokesman, Jon Nicklin said: "This year's event was another huge success with over £600 raised for Birmingham Children's Hospital.
"There were 165 Men, Woman, Child and Dog Santas, raising festive cheer in the great town that is Ledbury."
