A NEW Carnival Princess for Ledbury, and two new attendants, were crowned at the Royal British Legion Hall in Ledbury last Saturday.
The new princess, who will be waving to the crowds on Carnival Day, on August Bank Holiday Monday, is Erin Norton, aged 9, who attends Ledbury Primary.
Her attendants are Millie Guram-Baker, aged 8, a pupil at Bromsberrow St Mary's School, and Ellie Morgan, aged 9, a pupil at Ledbury Primary.
Carnival committee spokesman, Hilary Jones said: "Erin was presented with the trophy by retired past Princess chaperone, Brenda Hill, who donated a new cup from the Hill family.
"Ladies from the committee served afternoon tea and Oops a Daisy provided the lovely headdresses and posies which were presented to the princess and attendants."
