IT'S been raining cats and dogs this winter, and now local youngsters can make their personal tributes, or complaints, in potters' clay.
Eastnor Pottery will be hosting children's half term pottery sessions, on February 17, and the theme, of course, will be "Raining Cats and Dogs".
Potter Jon Williams said: "Inspired, in part, by the incredibly soggy winter, youngsters will make and paint a crafty cat or designer dog, complete with umbrella and other accessories.
“As we were pondering the theme for our next children’s workshops, gazing at yet another January downpour, hammering against the window pane, we had a moment of inspiration.”
He added: “Interpreting the old phrase in clay will bring some much needed creative sunshine to a quite dreary winter.”
