THE work of artists Carol Randell and Joanna Dixon is currently on show at the Weavers Gallery in Church Lane, Ledbury, in the exhibition Shared Perspective.

Carol Randell was initially a fashion designer then a lecturer, who later became full-time artist. After a recent move to Herefordshire, she is inspired by the landscape, its patterns and seasons, while continuing with her flower studies.

Joanna Dixon attended Malvern Art Collage in the late 1960s and since then has worked under the tutelage of many professional artists including Denis Pannett and Juliet Pannett.

She specialises in landscapes, architecture and animals in watercolour and pastel. She is vice-chairman of the Herefordshire Painting Club and a member of the Ledbury Art Society.

Shared Perspective is on until Sunday, August 16, and the gallery is open 10am-5pm, and 10am-4pm on Sunday.
