The Verzon Hotel, near Trumpet, will be hosting a Spring Fair in aid of Hereford Riding for the Disabled.
The event, on Wednesday, May 27 will feature "stallholders selling top quality artisan food and drink, hand made soft furnishings, gifts and accessories.
A spokesman said: There will be complimentary children’s entertainment, such as balloon twisting, and light refreshments for young children. There will be a BBQ served from 12 to 2.30pm and beverages available all day.
"All proceeds from this event will be going towards raising the desperately needed £100,000 annual target."
