TRAFFIC through Colwall is set to be disrupted through the summer while building work takes place on a private retirement village.
Single-lane closures on the B4218 Walwyn Road will start on Monday and run until June 1, and again from June 29 to July 13.
The stretch affected is between Oak Drive and Brighton Villas.
And the road will be completely closed, with diversions in place, for nearly a month from July 13 to August.
The closures are to allow contractor Speller Metcalfe to install new sewage mains and create new entrances, for Lime Tree Gardens, a private retirement village of 12 detached homes.
