COMMUNITY Action Ledbury is looking for more benefactors to keep the mini-buses running regularly to Colwall Post Office, while Ledbury Post Office is closed for refurbishment.
And Ledbury CAL is also urging local people to take advantage of the service, because the charity hopes to break even at best by charging a £1 return fare.
Mini-bus co-ordinator for CAL, Clive Gunn said: "It really needs 12 people on each bus to break even."
He added: "Ledbury Rotary are underwriting the Tuesday and Thursday buses and the council are giving us support the rest of the week."
But other benefactors will be welcome on board.
The mini-bus service from Bye Street, near the car park entrance, will be for everyone who cannot get easily to Colwall Post Office, regardless of age.
It will start running on Monday April 14 until the morning of April 23.
On that day, Ledbury Post Office will open at noon.
