VOTING lines are now open for The People’s Millions competition involving a disability charity in Worcester.
Members of the public can call 09015 228214 from a landline or 6228214 from a mobile and select option two to vote for Worcester Snoezelen.
The St John’s based charity is in line for a £50,000 funding boost for its project The Zone, which will create a specialist activity area for children and adults with disabilities.
However it is up against Focus Birmingham in a head-to-head competition and only the charity with the most votes will walk away with the cash.
Jane Roberts, chief officer of Worcester Snoezelen, said: “We are really hoping the people of Worcestershire support us and pick up the phone to vote."
Voting lines are open between 9am and midnight today. Calls cost 15p and it is possible to vote up to 10 times.
A feature about Worcester Snoezelen will be aired on ITV's Central News at 6pm and the winner will be announced at midday on Thursday.
