HEREFORDSHIRE Council contractor was praised at a recent PACT meeting for the "excellent job" it carried out recently, in sweeping the Southend.
But concern was also raised at the meeting over the state of the pavements in the Southend, because they are "uneven".
Concern was also raised over the "poor condition" of the tarmac on the side of the road existing Ledbury, towards Gloucester, particularly by Ledbury Park.
