IT is believed a missing man, from Rowley Regis, could be in Worcestershire.

Police in Sandwell are appealing to the public tom help find Lyndon Ross, 39, who was last seen leaving his home in Moorlands Court, at 1.30pm on Monday, September 8- he said he was going for a walk along Clent Hills.

Sergeant Ben Dolan, from West Bromwich police station, said: “It is out of character for Lyndon to go missing like this and as time passes without hearing from him, we are becoming increasingly worried about him.

“He is described as white, around 5ft 9in tall, of a slim build with short, brown hair. When he went missing, he was wearing a white t-shirt, blue three-quarter length jeans, a grey hooded top and was carrying a black Nike rucksack.

“Our officers are out searching for Lyndon and we are doing all we can to find him. However, it is a large area and we are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen him while out walking on the hills in the last 24 hours.”

Anyone who sees Lyndon is asked to contact police immediately on 101 or alternatively, the charity Missing People can be called on 116 000.
