CHILDREN who could suffer from a numerical form of dyslexia are being offered free help.

Up to 7% of pupils could have dyscalculia - a rare condition affecting the ability to use numbers.

According to expert, Dr Peter Gardner, the condition is often undiagnosed, and can be mistaken for underachievement.

Herefordshire parents with dyslexic children - about 40 to 60% of sufferers could have the condition - are being offered a free fact sheet, through Appleford School, a specialist school in Wiltshire.
