AN ARCHAEOLOGY day has been arranged this Saturday (February 16) at Bodenham village Hall.
Herefordshire Council's archaeology service is inviting people to bring in objects which local experts will try to identify.
There will provide a chance to see what life was like for previous generations in the area and archaeological discoveries from Wellington / Moreton quarry will be on display.
There will be a guided archaeological walk, which will leave the village hall at 2pm exploring the sites and their history.
A reconstruction artist will be at work throughout and there will be the chance to see the evidence of ancient settlements, fields and ceremonial sites in the Bodenham area.
All are welcome to attend the day which will run from 10.30am to 4pm.
