I love Halloween.
I have many happy memories of dressing up and trick or treating with friends, collecting sweets, feeling no threat.
But I was stunned when I heard on the radio that children in Manchester were given cocaine while out trick or treating.
It's sad that another childhood activity is ruined for many now as parents are too afraid to let their kids out, not knowing what their children will be given.
I've noticed less children trick or treating over the years but hopefully this incident won't put a stop to the Halloween fun - maybe parents will just accompany their kids or stop them from eating the sweets until they've checked them over.
To parents - how do you feel about letting your kids trick or treat? Have you been put off by incidents such as this?
