YOUNGSTERS in Herefordshire have been getting back to nature thanks to some special visitors.

Holmer Primary School, Holmer Road, Hereford, held a reptile day and welcomed staff and animals from Rainforest Reptiles, near Newent.

Pupils came face to face with a host of reptiles and a tarantula.

Over at Kington Primary School, children met Hercules, a giant yellow Dutch rabbit, who visited the school courtesy of Animal Magic alongside a host of other creatures including a bearded dragon.
