AS the cold snap bites, Wye Valley NHS Trust and NHS Herefordshire are urging people to heed their joint “Stay healthy and choose well” agenda.
The agenda offers advice on home heating and eating properly when temperatures fall, and urges stocking up on over the counter medicines and non-perishable foods while ensuring prescription medicines can be picked up.
