MORE than 200 men and women in Herefordshire will die from heart disease in 2012, according to a leading charity.
Statistics from the British Heart Foundation also reveal that the West Midlands region suffers more than 7,000 heart disease-related deaths each year.
The charity wants to combat the problem and is urging the public to support National Heart Month.
Detailed figures show the predicted number of deaths from the disease in Herefordshire stands at 259.
