Learning all about keeping healthy at the Kindle Centre, in Hereford.

A TOTAL of 160 people with learning difficulties attended a day out in Hereford to learn about keeping healthy.

It was held at the Kindle Centre and was organised by Herefordshire Council and NHS Herefordshire, with the support of local organisations and businesses.

Jane Davies, of the learning disabilities team, said: “We want people with learning difficulties to enjoy as much independence as possible and this means understanding basic health issues and knowing how to access services.”
