HOMEOPATHS and patients from Herefordshire will be among those lobbying Parliament for a better deal.
They will hand in a declaration, Homeopathy Worked for Me, which has been signed by 25,000 people across the country.
They believe that tens of thousands of people in the UK who use homeopathy each year are being denied a voice and that access to the medicine could be undermined by one-sided arguments from those against its use.
The charity Homeopathy: Medicine from the 21st Century (H:MC21) is organising the lobbyying of Parliament in support of the rights of people to choose their own type of medicine and healthcare with homeopathy being one of them.
It is concerned that not enough people are aware that homeopathy has been available on the NHS for 60 years and yet it remains difficult to obtain in many areas.
Supporting the campaign is Ross-on-Wye homeopath Andrea Degen, who said she has been using homeopathy for more than 25 years.
The lobbying will take place on Wednesday, February 24.
