AN alternative health specialist dubbed Britain’s first “allergy agony aunt”

is bringing a series of lectures to Kington.

Claire Fretwell is said to have helped people all over the world with problems, including headaches, panic attacks, skin problems and more serious conditions, through allergy testing.

Now the specialist is planning a number of local talks tailored to local residents’ needs following the opening of her new allergy lecture centre on Kington High Street.

Claire, who has appeared on TV and radio nationwide over the years, says the new centre is probably the only one of its kind in Britain.

“There really isn’t anybody doing quite what I am doing,” she said.

Residents can attend one of five open days there today (Thursday), Saturday, August 15, September 10 and September 26, from 11am onwards.
