PUDDING FESTIVAL – St Mary’s Church, Humber, is holding its popular pudding festival tomorrow (Friday) at Great Marston Farmhouse, Risbury, starting at 7pm. The evening, which has become an annual event, is almost a challenge to people to come along and eat as many different puddings as possible, all conjured up by the many talented cooks of the parish.

Admission is just £5 (with concessions for children) no matter how many puddings are consumed. Directions: go through Risbury on the Pencombe road – after about half a mile, turn left at the Marston no-through road sign. Marston Farmhouse is the second house on the left after about another half a mile. For further information, please contact Mike Kimbery on 01568 760589.
