LUNCH - The annual Much Cowarne Sunday lunch in aid of church funds will be held in the marquee at the Fir Tree Inn this Sunday at 12.30pm. Adult tickets cost £12, with pre-teenagers at £6. Enquiries to 01432 820402. There are discounts for tables of 10 or more.

FESTIVAL - As part of the Patronal Festival for St James’ Church, Ocle Pychard, there will be an open afternoon this Sunday, 2-6pm, with produce stalls and cream teas. The event will be followed by songs of praise at 6pm.
