RECORD NUMBER OF CHEESE TOURS – Monkland Cheese Dairy entertained 150 visitors (nearly double the norm) around the cheese dairy on August 5. Luckily it was a beautiful day for all the visitors including the vintage sports car club, which was celebrating its 75th anniversary. Everyone enjoyed seeing the traditional making of Little Hereford cheese, and some delicious tea and cake.
