MACMILLAN WALK – A small group of walkers raised £502 for the Macmillan charity walking through the lanes of Monkland village.

FETE – Monkland village fete will be held at Beeches, Old Road, on July 18 at 2pm, with a variety of stalls. Come and cool off in the swimming pool, dance to the fairground organ, have a go at skittles, or just sit and relax with tea and cake.

BINGO PLAYERS - Monkland Bingo Players have supported The Little Princess Trust during 2008/2009, and have donated more than £900 so far.
