St Mary’s Church, Gladestry, recently held a harvest thanksgiving service followed by a harvest supper in the village hall.

After the meal the produce was auctioned by Rev Mark Beaten which raised £102.

A quiz organised by Dr Joanna Crawsaw raised £38 and the supper, £150, making a total of £290.
