LOCAL HISTORY GROUP – Join the group for an evening walk to Rise Farm on Wednesday. David M Clark will guide you past two “lost” homes – the Lowe and the Castle, and there will be a talk about Rise Farm and its cider mill. The return walk is just over two miles. Meet at the Capler Lane entrance to the recreation field at 6pm.
