MAGAZINE – The copy date for the Eardisland parish magazine will be on Friday, July 4.
All contributions to Chris Bivand on 01544 388375 or chrisbivand@bivand.freeserve.co.uk BOWLS – Eardisland maintained their rich vein of form on Saturday, with a comfortable 105 shots to 38 against plucky Bromyard. Players and supporters were entertained by live bands celebrating 25 years of Leominster Morris. There were four wins on all four rinks for skips Jonathon Farndon, Phil Milchard and Phil Sharp, with best winning rink going to Phil Powell, Gill Williams and Cheryl Morgan who came home by a 27-shot margin.
PARISH COUNCIL – The council will meet this evening (Thursday) at 7.30pm in the village hall. Subjects to be discussed include communications, footpaths, the parish magazine and planning matters.
