THE next meeting of the Wyche and Colwall horticultural society will be on Monday. The speaker will be Jennifer Harmer and her talk is on the history of flower arrangers’ plants. It is not a flower arranging demonstration but the history of plants used for the art. The meeting will be at Colwall Village Hall commencing at 7.30pm with refreshments available from 7pm. The annual show will be on Saturday, August 14, at Colwall Village Hall, commencing at 2pm. Shedules for anyone wanting to enter the show are available at John Goodwin, the Newsagents, Post Office and Old Court Nursery Colwall, or by calling 01531 640622.
