Meeting on the second Thursday afternoon of every month at the Young Farmers’ Club, Tillington Road, this group continues to have a varied range of talks and demonstrations and, twice a year, workshop days. The meetings are open to everyone and are a wonderful source of new techniques and ideas.

On Thursday, July 10, Jenni Stuart Anderson will talk about her wonderful rag rug designs, and in August, local artist and craftsman, Anne Shoring, will talk on contemporary textiles. The group, now in its 35th year, never stops learning. For details, call 01432 265426 or 840559.
