Leominster Inner Wheel

Leominster Inner Wheel made the Macmillan Renton Unit their charity for the year and joined The Rotary Club of Leominster in organising a jazz concert at the Lion Ballroom, Leominster, to raise funds.
The concert, which was arranged by Dave Griffiths, included the Blue Boys and other artists. It was a sell-out, and boosted the monies raised for the unit. Funds mounted to more than £1,200 and cheques were presented to Denise Pugh at a lunch party arranged by the presidents of the two clubs to celebrate the end of their presidential year.
