Civil Service Retirement Fellowship

AT the recent annual meeting, the following officers were elected: president, Mrs J Bridgewater; vice-president, Mr P J T Barbary; chairman, Mr F L Sainsbury; vice-chairman, Mr R H Cozens; secretary, Mrs P M Wilken MBE; treasurer/programme secretary, Mrs V Sainsbury. Recent talks include one by Penny Platts on rural churches of Herefordshire. Future talks arranged are a talk on community transport and on roses by Dr D V Savoury. A car outing with a visit to Tenbury Wells and the Burford Garden Centre has been arranged in June, date to be confirmed. The fellowship meets every last Tuesday of the month at the Eignbrook Church Hall at 2pm. All fellowship members are welcome. Details on 01531 633853.
