THE Bromyard & District Local History Society will launch its new exhibition “WWI – 90 Years on” on Saturday, June 7, from 2pm to 4.30pm at The Local History Centre, Sherford Street, Bromyard.

A minute’s silence was held by Aston Ingham Women’s Institute in memory of Mrs Joan Goulding, a staunch and valued member, who sadly died recently. Several members represented the WI at her funeral.

THE newly established ‘vteam’ made an impact at this year’s Herefordshire Young Farmers Club rally, running a photo competition and completing research into young people’s ideas about volunteering.
