VILLAGE SHOW/SCHOOL CARNIVAL Clehonger School’s village show and carnival, will be held tomorrow (Friday) at the school, starting at 5.30pm.
There will be a parade through the village, with all the children in their fancy dress costumes led by the Carnival King and Queen, then the show on the school field, where the judging of the horticultural, homecraft and homebaking competitions will take place. There will also be stalls, a barbecue, refreshments, bar, music and a grand prize draw with some fantastic family day-out prizes. All competition entries need to be at the school by noon tomorrow.
