SUMMER FETE - Last Saturday’s summer fete was blessed with good weather which ensured an excellent turnout for an afternoon of fun, games and competitions. £800 was raised for church funds and the fund-raising committee would like to record their thanks to all who contributed in any way to a very sociable village event.

CELTIC EUCHARIST - On Sunday at Holy Trinity, Bosbury, the Hop Churches Group celebrate a Celtic Eucharist at 10am with Celtic hymns and prayers. All are welcome.

COUNCIL - Bosbury and Coddington Parish Council meets next Thursday, September 3, at 7.30pm, in the parish hall.

BOSBURY CHURCH BOOK OF REMEMBRANCE - The book records the names of the departed whose families wish them to be remembered. The book is always on display in the church, open at the current anniversary dates. The book will be sent away at the beginning of October for further names to be inscribed. If you have a family member who had close Bosbury connections and whom you wish to remember in this way, please contact Anne Williams on 01531 640287 by September 30.
