LEISURE CLUB – The club will meet in the parish hall at 2.30pm on Monday June 16. Speaker Ms Kate Andrews will give a talk on ‘Every Object Tells a Story’. FLOOD PREVENTION GROUP – The flood prevention group will meet at the Millcroft/Ketch Lane junction at 7pm tomorrow (Friday) to continue their work on clearing the drainage culvert. A further sandbag filling session will then be held at the parish hall at 7pm on Friday, June 20. Volunteers will be most welcome at both events.

BODENHAM DUCK RACE – The duck race will begin at 3pm on Sunday, June 22, at the Bodenham river bridge and will end at St Michael’s Church. Entries, at £1 per duck, are available from the post office, Brockington Golf Club, England’s Gate and Moreton fish and chip shop. All proceeds to St Michael’s.
