VILLAGE LOTTERY – The £25 winner this week is Hazel Hunt with her number 48.
PARISH COUNCIL – The parish council has written to Herefordshire Council to have the two BT telephone boxes, one in Bishopstone and one on the A438 at Byford, saved from being removed.
POST OFFICE CLOSURES – The parish council will be kept informed of the result of the meeting in Hereford on Wednesday, September 3, when the closure of post offices within the county is discussed.
