Ocle Pychard/Much Cowarne

PARISH COUNCILS - The annual parish meetings for Much Cowarne group and Ocle Pychard group parish council areas will be held at the Burley Gate Village Hall at 7pm on Tuesday, May 20. They will be followed by the respective parish council’s annual and monthly meetings. The evening will begin with Peter Yates, development control manager for Herefordshire Council, discussing the role of parish councils in the planning process. PLANT SALE - From 6.30pm tomorrow (Friday) there will be a plant sale at Much Cowarne Church. All proceeds will go to the church fund. Entry is free and refreshments will be available. FRIENDSHIP CLUB - The Friendship Club’s May meeting will be at Stoke Lacy Village Hall from 10.30am to noon on Tuesday, May 20. Mrs Prendergast will be the guest speaker.
