Tenbury Agricultural Society guests’ warm welcome on cold night

THE Arctic weather released its grip for people to attend and enjoy the annual dinner of Tenbury Agricultural Society.

It took place at Cadmore Lodge and 182 guests braved the elements to give their support.

The society, which currently has 480 members, had another successful year with farming reaching high standards.

It meant a tough task for judges to select the winners for numerous awards, presentations being made at the dinner.

Among the most successful were Geoff Thompson and Roger Bry of Little Lambswick Farm, Lindridge, who won four hop awards.
