CHILDREN from a village primary school in Herefordshire have followed the journey of our food as it makes its way to our plate.
The class from Almeley Primary School visited Tesco on Bewell Street in Hereford as part of the Farm to Fork healthy eating schools initiative.
The children had the opportunity to try different cheeses, see milk being delivered to the store, make their own bread rolls in the in-store bakery, and try different fruit and vegetables.
