ARROW Equestrian in Pembridge held an open day during which it raised £260 for the Air Ambulance.
The theme was the use of the back and the seat. Those who came were able to observe two riders, one on an Arrow horse, and one on her own Andalucian stallion, before and after they had short lessons in the Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais, followed by some teaching from Sue Nevill Parker, the owner of Arrow Equestrian. There was also a short talk on cranio-sacral therapy.
