A TV personality known for her role presenting Gardeners' World will host a reception evening ahead of a garden festival in Herefordshire.

Carol Klein will launch the Hellens Garden Festival during the evening at Hellens Manor in Much Marcle on June 10.

She will share her expert knowledge and passion for all plants as well as tips to create a garden wherever you are.

The gardener is also sensitive and supportive of the festival’s chosen beneficiary, Bartestree-based St Michael's Hospice.

Visitors to the talk can also discover Hellens' ancient meadow and discover woodland paths.

The evening will begin at 7pm with sparkling local fizz, canapés, and music in the gardens with guests to be seated in the Great Barn by 8pm to hear her talk.

Tickets cost £25 each and include a complimentary drink and canapés, access to the stunning gardens and the talk in the Great Barn during the evening.
