GLAZYDAYS Pottery Studio in Ledbury is running a Holiday Craft Club throughout August, to keep children occupied during the summer break.

Sarah and Lucy Admans, aged eight and 11, look forward to the holiday sessions at Glazydayz in Ledbury. Sarah and Lucy Admans, aged eight and 11, look forward to the holiday sessions at Glazydayz in Ledbury.

The Craft Club runs every Tuesday to Friday from August 3 to August 27 inclusive, from 10am to noon each day. Children aged eight-11 can be left unaccompanied, and younger children can join in too, provided an adult stays with them.

Youngsters will make something to take away with them each day, with activities such as Wacky Windows, Brilliant Bunting, Divine Dreamcatchers and Funky Foam.

Lynn Lagor, proprietor of Glazydayz, said: "As every parent knows, kids can be crafty in all sorts of ways. We want to help make it a good thing. And also to give parents a bit of a break during the school holidays by looking after the kids for a couple of hours at a time."

Each session costs £9 including all materials, instruction, biscuits and a drink; or £32 for any 4 sessions per child. Advance booking is required. Call Glazydayz on 01531 636018.
