TEMPORARY traffic lights will be in Widemarsh Street in Hereford next week for road resurfacing work to take place.
Two-way traffic lights will be put up Wednesday, May 24 until Friday, May 26 and then from Tuesday, May 30 until Friday, June 2.
The lights will be at the north end of Widemarsh Street between the frontages of Gibbs and Dandy and Kent Plastics to allow the area to be resurfaced where the junction of the new City Link Road ties in with Widemarsh Street.
Andrew Davies, project manager at Alun Griffiths (Contractors) Ltd, said: “The construction of the road continues to progress on time and we are on track to open the road later on this year.
"We endeavour to minimise disruption wherever we can and as always, we thank the public for their patience during the road’s construction”
