A MAN has been arrested after allegedly indecently exposing himself in front of runner in Colwall.
Police said a 21-year-old woman was running along Flapgate Lane at 7.30pm on July 31 when a man on a bike allegedly made lewd comments before exposing himself.
A 33-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and has been bailed until September 22.
PC Matthew Davis said: "These types of incidents can be very distressing and we take them very seriously.
"I would urge anyone else who has experienced a similar offence to come forward and report it to us."
