THERE was a police presence in Garway on Saturday as officers carried out searches with regard to a concern for welfare.
As well as police cars, a helicopter was called to the south Herefordshire village as concerns were raised about the safety of a man in his 30s.
An ambulance also attended but was stood down as the male was found safe and well.
The police log has now been closed and no further action will be taken.
