A LEOMINSTER care home has been awarded top marks for its care by its own residents.
The results come from an annual independent survey of residents – which has been running for 16 years – at Bupa’s Leominster care home.
The survey offers people living in the home the opportunity to comment and feedback on all areas, including staff, choice of food, activities offered by the home, and the general living environment which also covers residents’ own rooms and shared areas.
The care home in was given the seal of approval when residents praised the overall quality of service, with 96 per cent of respondents rating it ‘excellent’ or ‘very good’.
