A MAN in his late 20s was talked down from the top of a building in Commercial Road in Hereford this morning.
Police were called at 2.50am to reports of a man stood on top of the building above Yates's.
Police spokesman, Abbey Hartley, said: "Officers attended and negotiated with the man who was in his late 20s, who voluntarily came down safely from the building.
"He was then taken to Hereford hospital as a precaution."
The fire service were called at 3.08am and attended to assist police.
