A NATIONAL event being held to encourage people to speak openly about mental health issues is being supported by the county's support services.
‘Time to Talk Day’ will take place on Thursday February 5, with the aim of encouraging people up and down the country to take five minutes to have a conversation about mental health.
A stand will be run by Herefordshire Mind in High Town, Hereford, from 10am until 3.30pm on the day, for people to find out more.
It is being supported by 2gether NHS Foundation Trust, which provides social and mental healthcare services in the county.
