THE roll out of faster broadband in Ross-on-Wye and the surrounding area has been delayed by three months.
Fastershire, which is aiming to secure a multimillion pound network for Herefordshire and Gloucestershire, has faced a number of setbacks in the Ross area.
The group said it has been extremely challenging and although it was expected to finish in the area by the end of December, it has now been pushed back to March 2015.
As well as Ross, difficulties were faced in Lea, Symonds Yat, Carey, Gorsley, Harewood End, How Caple and St Weonards.
Fastershire is a partnership between Herefordshire Council, Gloucestershire County Council and BT.
It hopes to complete its work in the whole of Herefordshire by the end of 2016.
