THREE people have been charged in connection with a serious double dog attack in Leominster earlier this year.
One woman, 39, is still receiving ongoing treatment after sustaining substantial injuries following the attack on Bridge Street on May 31. Another woman, 51, was also attacked.
Kenneth Stuchbery, 26, Andrew Stuchbery, 22, and Davina Stuchbery, 51, of Bridge Street, Leominster, have all been charged with owning or controlling a dog dangerously out of control that causes injury.
The two men have also been charged with drug offences.
The Stuchbery defendants are on bail and are due to appear at Hereford Magistrates Court on October 1.
